Ask me sometime about living in the space between worlds. To many people I’m too different to fit what they consider normal. Yet within neurodivergent circles, I’m often seen as too normal to fit neatly there either. I’m autistic, ADHD and a proud polymath who has spent a lifetime learning that the most interesting insights are often found between the boxes, not inside them. Looking back, that curiosity turned out to be one of the greatest leadership lessons of all.
